In 2015, Oxfam Hong Kong conducted a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) survey on the environment, society, and governance on 50 Hong Kong companies in the Hang Seng Index. Creasant was commissioned to present the findings as a website.
Recognizing the importance for the public to understand the findings and in turn, monitor CSR practices, Creasant chose to visually present the data in a straightforward way that opens up conversations about the topic. The carefully designed charts and vector illustrations are visually stimulating, while the modular website layout enables visitors to quickly find the content that interests them.
The infographics effectively simplify statistics and information and appeal more to readers, who will identify the patterns, trends, and correlations within easily. The colour and style schemes presented in the icons and artwork represent professionalism and help readers grasp the information efficiently. The optimized paging allows for a hierarchical presentation of information, which in turn avoids an information overload.
